【苦勞網】已還款關廠工人 錢全退

【苦勞網記者孫窮理／台北報導】行政院長江宜樺今天（3/14）在立法院答詢時，表示對於在2012年，勞動部對關廠工人提告前還款的480名左右的工人，也一併將還款退回。這改變了勞委會在10號記者會中，僅對（相關報導）勞動部追債後還款者（2百多人）退款的原則。勞動部長潘世偉說，這個決定是他「和院長一起討論決定的」，潘世偉強調，基於平等對待的原則，所以做出這個政治決定，而台灣國際勞工協會研究員吳永毅則批判，勞動部讓不參與抗爭的人，也可以享受抗爭的果實，這是「為了抵銷抗爭的成果」。...（閱讀全文）
