苦主是我朋友的家人 他們的店面出租 有一位年紀約40-50歲的婦人來租 說是要開醫美診所 簽完約後 就開始動工裝潢 裝潢大概沒幾天 屋主就收到拆除大隊的通知 表示屋後有鐵皮違建 這位婦人就說 因為沒廁所 因為後面違建是廁所 所以她沒辦法租了 因為違建是屋主的責任 要求賠償裝潢費用 開價60萬 屋主請人估 頂多20萬 能稱它是詐騙嗎？ 還真的不行 因為一切合法 在高雄 違建的店面 房屋到處都是 利用違建來賺錢 屋主不但違建要被拆 租金拿不到 還要付出賠償金 不過 話說回來 這樣的賺錢方式 還真是暴利 有違建的屋主 自己小心了 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.8.194.46
