愛滋病毒女傳女 美國傳病例

（法新社華盛頓13日電） 美國衛生當局今天通報1起疑是愛滋病毒（HIV）女傳女的罕見案例。

美國疾病管制暨預防中心（Centers for DiseaseControl and Prevention）表示，這名46歲的女子「可能」被德州1名愛滋病毒檢驗呈陽性的女子感染。檢驗出愛滋的前6個月，兩人互為單一性伴侶。

這名受感染女子曾有異性伴侶，但感染愛滋病毒前的10年間，沒有與異性發生性關係。

她的伴侶43歲，早在2008年就檢測出感染愛滋病毒。

被感染女子沒通報有任何其他可能感染愛滋的風險因子，像是以針筒注射毒品、器官移植、刺青、針灸或與多人發生不安全性行為。

當局是2012年8月自休士頓衛生部得知這項消息。

根據通報，這對女女伴侶定期發生性行為，但沒有防護措施。

2008年就感染愛滋的這名女性帶原者，2009年服用抗反轉錄病毒藥物，但2010年11月停藥，2011年1月就沒有繼續追蹤病情。

美國疾病管制暨預防中心表示，感染愛滋病毒的人應該接受醫師照護，並服藥壓制病毒量，以降低傳染風險。
